    This differs between patients however an average Invisalign course takes about one year. You will visit us about every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments and to monitor your progress.     Are there any guidelines as to what I can eat and drink when wearing the aligners?

    Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign is removable so you can eat and drink as per usual. Brushing your teeth after every meal before putting your aligners in again will help maintain fresh breath and proper dental hygiene.

    How do clean my aligners?

    Cleaning the aligners is easy. We advise that you brush and rinse them in lukewarm water at least once a day.
